We all need a little self lovin’ here and there. You should know that I love finding tricks to treat myself throughout the day. I think it is important to take breaks to bring you back down to earth. Breaks improve productivity, health, and mood. I’d like to classify a 20-second break as a moment. Taking a moment is something that you can do at any time of the day!

Easy right? You can totally do these anywhere. For example, during work, I always try to get up to stretch when I can. It is hard sitting down for the entire day and it is important to stand up and get your body moving. One of my daily goals is to drink tons of water just so that I can take tons of bathroom breaks. Two birds – one stone! Think smart and creative!
Some of my friends like to record funny sayings they hear throughout the day. That is something that I would love to try, having those memories would be something to enjoy! Remember self-care is the best care
